Bio:

Coach Pagan began his rowing career at the Indianapolis Rowing Center during his senior year of high school. After graduating, he began as a coach for the IRC novice crews and split his time coaching for the IRC and Butler University Rowing Club for ten years, eventually becoming the head coach for both programs before joining the Vanderbilt Rowing coaching staff. Coach Pagan was named ACRA South Region Men's Coach of the Year in 2023.
